a Text-To-Speech (TTS) library providing high-level interfaces to a variety of backends. Currently supported backends are:

  • Screen readers/SAPI via Tolk (requires tolk Cargo feature)

• Linux via Speech Dispatcher

  • AppKit on MacOS 10.13 and below
